Pick Up and How It Works
Greetings to our valued customers in and the greater Waikato. We are pleased to offer a convenient "Pick Up" option at checkout, allowing you to collect your order from our private location at a time that is convenient for you Please note that we do not permit viewings of store items as this space serves as our residence; however, our custom designs are meticulously crafted using advanced technology to ensure seamless experience.
Postage
We provide a reliable flat rate postage service based on the standard prepaid postage bag price and item size, charging a handling fee of $1.00. Utilizing NZ Post, we ensure same-day dispatch for orders placed by 12 midday, with delivery times ranging from 2-4 days for urban areas and 2-5 days for rural locations, so please remember to select the appropriate postage option and include your phone number for package reference.
Our postage service allows for nationwide shipping, with an additional fee of $2.00 for item exceeding $115.00 for rural customers. We recommend utilizing a trusted family or friend's address for cost-effective shipping, while ensuring you track your parcel and trust the individual receiving it, as responsibility is transferred upon handover. Additionally, we offer a pickup option in Hamilton; please provide the necessary details if you would like us to hold your parcel. Kindly note that to ensure same-day shipping, orders must be placed by 12 midday, Monday to Saturday.
Our payment options ensure the utmost safety and security for your subscription account, allowing you to manage your details exclusively through "your wallet." We utilize Stripe for credit and debit card transactions, alongside PayPal and Alipay as alternatives while also accommodating manual payments via Internet Banking Transfer; simply confirm your manual payment by sending screenshot to our direct email, and we will follow up with your tracking number and within 4 hours, keeping in mind our shipping cutoff time is midday, Monday to Saturday.
